When you fill out our contact form, you provide us with information that gets stored in our database – mainly to keep a log of who contacted us, for what reason, and on what date. When you subscribe to our mailing list, we simply add your email address to our list. We want to assure you that your data is protected, and is not sold to outside sources for any reason. You can request to see any data we’ve collected and/or request that it be purged at any time.
As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect your email address solely to deliver our newsletter, blog updates, and other general announcements. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.
We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We use MailChimp, a marketing automation platform, to send mass emails to the contacts on our mailing list. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our reach. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. You can use the contact form to request this information. If you choose to delete your personal information, we will delete everything (including the message you sent us requesting to delete your information!)
